All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging. Ice creams and frozen items are transported in frozen trucks at the correct storage temperature. Sanmar Food Products Singapore ensures product quality during transit. However, once delivered, if frozen temperature is not maintained at the customer’s end, we will not be responsible for product quality issues.
Our delivery partners will coordinate with you before arrival to ensure the product is protected from damage. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as perishable products require immediate refrigeration.
